In consultation with council we are coming out nice and early with cancellations for tomorrow Saturday 11th June.
All local Marlborough Junior, Youth & Senior football is cancelled.
The 2 Nelson fixtures for the Marlborough Rangers Men's and Women's teams will still be on.

A&P 2, kick off 1pm.

On average we have had another 8mm of rain across the province overnight. Most sports fields are now holding surface water and ground absorption is maxed out and there is limited drying weather ahead.
All Met services predict scattered showers everywhere tomorrow and another 5mm across the province overnight tonight. None of this help the grounds dry or water get away, and multiple games on pitches in Picton and Blenheim will only cause irreparable damage for the rest of the season.
